General Terms and Conditions – STIKKO Solid Perfume
1. Definitions
In these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
STIKKO: the brand and/or company offering products via the Website.
Customer: any natural person or legal entity placing an order.
Products: all solid perfumes and related items offered by STIKKO.
Agreement: the agreement between STIKKO and the Customer following an order.
Website: the STIKKO webshop.
2. Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by STIKKO and to all Agreements concluded via the Website.
Any deviations from these terms shall only be valid if expressly confirmed in writing by STIKKO.
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
3. Offer and Product Information
STIKKO endeavours to present product information, prices, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Obvious errors or omissions shall not be binding on STIKKO.
As solid perfume is a cosmetic product, slight variations in colour, scent, or texture may occur between batches or individual Products.
The Customer is advised to consult the ingredients and usage information provided on the packaging. All cosmetic products placed on the EU market comply with applicable labeling and safety regulations.
4. Conclusion of the Agreement
The Agreement is concluded at the moment STIKKO confirms the Customer’s order by email.
STIKKO reserves the right to refuse an order or request additional information where necessary to ensure proper processing.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless indicated otherwise.
Shipping costs will be specified separately prior to completion of the order.
Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on the Website. STIKKO reserves the right to suspend or delay processing of an order until full payment has been received.
6. Delivery
STIKKO aims to dispatch orders within the indicated delivery timeframes; however, such timeframes are indicative and not binding deadlines.
In the event of a delay, STIKKO will inform the Customer as soon as reasonably possible.
The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the specified address, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the Product, unless an applicable legal exception applies.
Returns will only be accepted if the Product is returned unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging, insofar as permitted by law.
For cosmetic products, STIKKO may apply hygiene-related restrictions to opened or used items, provided this has been clearly communicated in advance and is legally permitted.
Unless otherwise agreed, the Customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Product.
8. Exclusions from Returns
For hygiene reasons, opened, used, or damaged cosmetic Products may be excluded from return, to the extent permitted by law and clearly communicated prior to purchase.
Products that are custom-made or personalized at the Customer’s request may also be excluded from the right of withdrawal where legally permitted.
9. Complaints
Any complaints regarding Products or delivery must be submitted to STIKKO within a reasonable time after discovery, in a complete and clearly described manner.
STIKKO will respond within a reasonable timeframe and endeavour to provide an appropriate solution.
Submitting a complaint does not suspend the Customer’s payment obligations.
10. Liability
STIKKO shall only be liable for direct damages resulting from intent or gross negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, STIKKO shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or damages resulting from improper use of the Product.
The Customer is responsible for checking ingredients in case of allergies or sensitivities and for using the Product in accordance with the instructions provided. Cosmetic products within the EU are subject to specific safety, labeling, and usage requirements.
11. Use of the Product
The Customer shall use the Products in accordance with STIKKO’s instructions and the information provided on the packaging.
Use on damaged skin, in case of known allergies, or where irritation occurs is at the Customer’s own risk, unless caused by a defect in the Product or statutory liability.
In case of doubt, STIKKO recommends consulting a qualified medical professional.
12. Force Majeure
STIKKO shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay is due to force majeure, including but not limited to disruptions, natural disasters, transport issues, illness, supplier failures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
13. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the Website, including but not limited to product descriptions, images, logos, designs, and other content, are owned by STIKKO or its licensors.
It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit such content without prior written consent from STIKKO.
14. Privacy
STIKKO processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Personal data is used solely for order processing, customer service, and, where applicable, marketing purposes.

15. Amendments
STIKKO reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions.
Any amended version shall take effect upon publication on the Website, unless stated otherwise.
For Agreements already concluded, the version applicable at the time of the order shall remain in force.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
All legal relationships between STIKKO and the Customer shall be governed by Dutch law.
Parties shall first seek to resolve any disputes amicably. If no resolution can be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
